Creating CAMUS XO Elegance requires years of meticulous work. The process starts with the careful selection of different styles of hugely rich eaux-de-vie from all six of the Cognac crus (Borderies, Petite Champagne, Bons Bois, Grande Champagne, Fins Bois, Bois à Terroirs).
The presence of the Borderies cru among these eaux-de-vie gives the Cognac a rounder flavor and greater aromatic length. Long aging in cool, damp cellars ensures that each barrel gains a perfect level of maturity. A meticulous blending process finally reveals the Cognac’s personality in all its glory: a myriad of complex, harmonious aromas.
Best enjoyed in a tulip glass, either straight or mixed with a dash of mineral water. A serving temperature of 17-20°C is recommended to fully appreciate XO Elegance.
A bold and rich expression of Extra, starting with a simple idea in mind – to create a Bold and Intense expression of Extra – Cyril Camus asked the Cellar Master Patrick Léger to select the best barrels of Extra Cognac to follow a special aging process. The chosen barrels are emptied of their precious cognac and returned to the Master Cooper to be opened and toasted again, one by one, to boost their full aromatic potential. This re-toasting process is tailor-made, barrel by barrel. The Extra Cognac is then returned to these casks for a special finishing phase that has been named “Dark & Intense”. Gradually, the structure of the eaux-de-vie and the enhanced flavors of the cask merge together harmoniously. Rich and spicy, this cognac emerges as a ″ one-of-a-kind ″ expression of Extra. A strong and emblematic design: golden screw cap and collar to symbolize flames and glossy black decanter, evocative of the intense character of this extra. Chateau de Montifaud XO Cognac is a rather light and smooth extra old cognac created solely from eaux-de-vie grown in Petite Champagne. A fresh, non-tannic cognac, mellow with hints of almonds and aromas of dried fruits. A cognac much appreciated by the ladies, thanks to it’s light, fresh taste.

Established in 1759, Delamain’s simple objective is to remain faithful to tradition by offering Cognacs of the purest and most genuine expression. The name “Pale” is because no caramel is added for colouring and “Dry” because it has only its natural sweetness, no sugar added. Comes from Delamain’s very own old cellars near the river, benefitting from the nearby Charente’s humid breeze.
Translating to very venerable, this Cognac is a blend of very old Cognacs from the Grande Champagne region. It has benefited from maximum barrel ageing of around 55 years, and expresses the nobility of a truly great eaux-de-vie when it has reached the peak of development.
The bouquet is intense yet lightly floral, giving way to complex scents of underwood, raisins, vanilla, liquorice, honey, and rancio notes. On the palate, it is mellow and round as a result of long ageing. It has an extraordinarily long finish tinged with liquorice and dried fruits, with all of the complexity of a truly great Cognac.
Introduced in 1927 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of our Maison’s founding, Cuvée du Centenaire is an exceptional blend of refined XO Cognacs from the Grand Crus of Grande and Petite Champagne combined with the essence of wild tropical oranges. The cognac blends found in Cuvée du Centenaire are aged up to 25 years, which results in a perfect balance of smoothness and intense flavors with a complex, lingering finish.

Gautier’s Pinar Del Rio cigar blend Cognac XO is named after the best region in Cuba for growing the finest tobacco leaves.
Blends from various regions give Pinar Del Rio its wonderfull character : regions like Fins Bois for its body, Borderies for its mellowness, Petite and Grande Champagne for its finesse and finish.
Extensive research was conducted to develop this rare and limited blend. Pinar Del Rio is specially reserved for the discriminating connoisseur whose sensitive palate will appreciate the marriage of aged Cognacs with quality cigars. To archieve this, Gautier gave this Pinar Del Rio XO a slightly higher alcohol percentage than usual with 41,2%. This to prevent that the Cognac falls out with the Cigar.
