Eau Claire Distillery Cherry Gin (40% abv)

Cherry Gin is Eau Claire Distillery’s fourth release. The Alberta-made spirit is a London-dry style gin, infused with sour cherries and over 12 unique botanicals. Subtly tart, with a hint of natural sweetness, this gin is a great addition to your cocktail repertoire or as an aperitif.

Eau Claire Distillery Saskatoon Honey Gin (40% abv)

This Saskatoon berry and Honey infused gin was originally developed as a special edition release to pay homage to the Canadian prairies.  The infused gin was a sell-out success and is Alberta’s version of a British-style sloe gin.

Eau Claire Distillery embarked on this creation by deciding what the perfect ingredients were to reflect the Canadian prairies.  In the end, Rocky Mountain water, locally sourced honey, Saskatoon berries, rose hips and Alberta malted barley were selected, all complemented with classic gin botanical, including juniper, to create a delicious Prairie varietal gin — smooth, sweet, floral and mildly tart.

Eau Claire Parlour Gin (40% abv)

This London-dry style gin augments more traditional gin botanicals creating a juniper berry induced dryness, but with unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice.

 

Elena Gin (42% abv)

The founder of the acclaimed Vietti Winery, Elena Penna Currado Vietti has created this London Dry imbued with the soul of the Langhe. Using hand picked local botanicals, she’s created a unique expression of the diverse terroirs of nouthern Italy. This tiny production gin was distilled on two antique woodfired pot stills and this batch consists of just 2634 bottles. The botanicals are gently infused in the pot stills and the gin is lightly filtered using natural paper, which results in the product retaining a slight yellow hue from the botanicals and the wood-fired still. No synthetic flavorings, essential oils or colorants are used. Expect vibrant juniper notes tempered by subtle citrus and earthy herbal character.

Hayman’s London Dry Gin (41.2% abv)

Steeping the long-standing family recipe of just ten botanicals in English wheat spirit for a full day before distillation creates a fresh, bright and classically balanced gin with crisp citrus, subtle notes of exotic spice and the remarkable depth and complexity traditionally associated with the London Dry style.

 

LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin (40% abv)

The classic LoneWolf London Dry gin is given an extra layer of citrus and fragrance in this LoneWolf Cactus & Lime Gin. A classic Juniper backbone is layered with lime and topped up with the juice from pressed cactus and Queen of The Night, an elusive and fragrant cactus flower that only blooms at night. Spiky and bold notes of lime citrus with sweet, fruit bursts of watermelon and lychee from the cactus and flower elements of the recipe.

Lonewolf Cloudy Lemon Gin (40% abv)

Fresh Sicilian lemon peel is macerated for seven days in the signature LoveWolf Gin before being bottled. The resulting gin retains the classic juniper backbone of LoneWolf Gin whist taking on the zest of the lemons to create a sharp, citrus burst. The addition of the lemons also results in a visible yellow lemon haze.

LoneWolf Gin (40% abv)

Juniper berries form the perfect backbone of this gin. And lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaf add character. A zest-filled start gives way to delicate spice notes from the coriander, pink peppercorns and mace: a perfect complement to the citrus fruits. Lavender provides a delicate floral sweetness and Scots pine needles help to embed the juniper.

Siderit Gingerlime London Dry Gin (43% abv)

Distilled in a glass column using the 12 botanicals from Siderit London Dry Gin (sideritis hyssopifolia, juniper, coriander, cardamom, rock tea, angelica root, cinnamon, orange peel, hibiscus, pink pepper, almond and orris root) as well as Asian ginger and lime. The producers suggest enjoy with a citrussy tonic for a full flavoured Gin & Tonic.

Tanqueray Dry Gin (40% abv)

Over 180 years of distilling expertise result in the classic character of Tanqueray. On the nose, juniper is in the foreground, accompanied by citrus and coriander; dry and very balanced, with a hint of sweetness and a reserved, elegant delivery of flavours; the finish is medium in length, with all elements in harmony.
