Eau Claire Distillery Saskatoon Honey Gin (40% abv)

This Saskatoon berry and Honey infused gin was originally developed as a special edition release to pay homage to the Canadian prairies.  The infused gin was a sell-out success and is Alberta’s version of a British-style sloe gin.

Eau Claire Distillery embarked on this creation by deciding what the perfect ingredients were to reflect the Canadian prairies.  In the end, Rocky Mountain water, locally sourced honey, Saskatoon berries, rose hips and Alberta malted barley were selected, all complemented with classic gin botanical, including juniper, to create a delicious Prairie varietal gin — smooth, sweet, floral and mildly tart.

Hayman’s Sloe Gin (26% abv)

A sloe gin from the Hayman family, a long standing English distilling dynasty, made to their secret family recipe. The only part we know is that wild English sloe berries are stepped in Hayman’s gin for months before being blended with natural sugars.
