Young and crystalline clear Grappa with a big personality, GIOVANE GIUSTI is a pure, fresh but distinctive spirit. This white grappa is obtained with a blend of pomaces coming from red and white grapes known to be outstanding for distillation. It lies for more than two months in large used oak Tonneaux before being bottled, thus giving the product its typical mellowness.

Grappa Tignanello is obtained by distilling the pomace of Cabernet and Sangiovese grapes harvested in the Tignanello vineyard, located in the Tignanello estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico. The fermented grapes are transferred to the distillery immediately after the fermenting vats (racking) and then pressed. This procedure guarantees that distillation is carried out using only the best quality skins, rich in alcohol and especially in aromatic substances. A very careful selection of the different ‘lots’ of grappa resulting from the distillation of the different ‘lots’ of marc, and the best ones, the most balanced and aromatic ones. Grappa Tignanello is available in limited quantities.
This Asolo Prosecco DOCG “Col Fondo” comes from the desire to rediscover the old tradition of father Emilio in producing Prosecco. From the selection of the grapes in our oldest vineyard and from the maceration on peel for 18 hours, a base wine with a strong personality and minerality is born. Then follows the refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method, but without disgorgement. The presence of the yeast in the bottom of the bottle is an indication of genuineness and wholesomeness. The “Col Fondo” is pure expression of the territory at the tasting level: a mix of flowers, yellow fruit and bread crust on the nose with a deep mineral sensation in the mouth. It is advisable to slowly invert the bottle 2-3 times before uncorking.
It should be served at a temperature of 8-10 °.
