The distillery was named 1792, the year in which Kentucky became a state. A gold medal winner at the 2018 International Spirits Challenge. A high rye component adds peppery lift to the predominant and sweeter corn in this bourbon, but this is a rich, creamy spirit at its core. Brown sugar, butter, toffee, apple pie and licorice come through on a velvety texture. It carries the 46.85-per-cent alcohol well, thanks to its depth of flavour.
Buffalo Trace Distillery has announced their fourth release of the coveted O.F.C. Bourbon Whiskey, distilled in 1994 and aged 25 years.
This is the fourth O.F.C. Vintage release, and like the previous releases, the 1994 Vintage will arrive in a wooden display box containing a provenance card. Inside the wooden box lies a crystal bottle with real copper lettering in-laid in the bottle with a hand applied paper label. The label on the back of the bottle notes the milestones for the year 1994. The provenance card contains the same information found on the back label.
An excellent small batch bourbon, named for the grand nephew of Jim Beam, Baker Beam. This is a well-aged expression which makes use of a special strain of jug yeast which the Beam family have made use of for over 60 years.
Distilled to a lower proof, then barreled and aged for several years in small batches; producing an amber colour, offering notes of toasted nuts, caramelized bananas, orange peel, vanilla, and spice. The robust flavours continue on the warm palate and add balance to the silky texture culminating in a smooth finish.
Basil Hayden’s® 10 Year Old Bourbon features the same high-rye bourbon recipe that Basil Hayden’s fans know and love, but the whiskey is aged in barrels longer to create another layer of complexity and deeper flavor.
The result of the extra aging is a distinct whiskey with big oak aromas along with hints of char and vanilla. Basil Hayden’s® trademark spice shines through as the perfect complement to the caramel sweetness and wood flavors, making the whiskey a memorable one for fans and newcomers alike.
Serving neat, with a drop of water, or on-the-rocks allows the sweet caramel and vanilla notes that develop from 10 years in a newly charred American Oak barrel to shine, complementing the spicy rye flavors typical to Basil Hayden’s® Bourbon high-rye mashbill. At 80-proof, this whiskey is light enough to examine on the palette without the burn associated with higher-proof whiskeys.
The recipe for this classic Bourbon dates back to 1796. Amber in colour; on the nose are notes of dried apricot, caramel, custard, green peppercorn and hay; on the palate it is medium-bodied and warming, with flavours of white pepper, burnt sugar, dried white flowers and vanilla that finishes with a lingering herbal spice.
Medium amber colour, with copper highlights; fragrant, with notes of sweet corn, dried fruit, and spice; burly on the palate, with an initial sweetness that evolves to savoury, nutty notes. Oak balances the up-front sweetness, while flavours of sweet corn, salted caramel, and toasted nuts carry through to a long finish.

Booker’s Bourbon is one of the only bourbons available today that is bottled uncut at its natural proof, yielding an intense flavor and nose that is one-of-a-kind. Inspired by a 200-year-old family tradition, Booker Noe, Jim Beam’s grandson and 6th GenerationMaster Distiller, first created Booker’s Bourbon as a Christmas gift for his close friends and family. Taking barrels found in the center-cut of the rackhouse, Booker bottled the bourbon straight-from-the-barrel, creating Booker’s Bourbon, a true barrel bourbon. Today, Master Distiller Fred Noe personally tastes and selects every batch of Booker’s Bourbon before it is bottled to ensure that it matches Booker’s personal preference for a robust and full-bodied whiskey.
The 2019 Batch Collection will feature four batch releases, each released in limited quantities and featuring a unique label and batch name honoring founding distiller Booker Noe, his love of family and his spirit of experimentation.
Buffalo Trace is the flagship bourbon for the eponymous distillery made from corn, rye and malted barley. It’s aged in new oak barrels in historic old warehouses. The award-winning bourbon is batched from no more than 40 barrels at a time, and is aged on the middle floors of the distillery warehouses where the temperature fluctuation is the greatest. A top whiskey, with oodles of vanilla, barrel char and spicy complexity.

Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr. is widely considered one of the founding fathers of the bourbon industry, fighting for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897, nearly three decades after he purchased what is now called Buffalo Trace Distillery. During his time, Taylor implemented several innovative methods still used today, including climate controlled aging warehouses. E.H. Taylor, Jr. Single Barrel is aged exclusively in Warehouse C, which was built by Taylor in 1881 and proven to be an excellent aging warehouse. Each barrel is hand-picked and Bottled in Bond at 100 proof to honor its namesake.
