Chateau Des Charmes Vidal Icewine

Vidal is the most popular grape variety used to make Icewine. It has been used to make several different styles of Icewine but we like it best straight forward and intense. When you first put your nose into the glass your head is filled with thoughts of honey, apricot and flower gardens in full bloom. It coats your mouth and you feel it well after you swallow. It’s definitely sweet but the balancing acidity is telling of the care that went into its making.

Chocovine Chocolate Wine

Holland- ChocoVine subtly combines fine French Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with rich chocolate and cream from Holland. Paired together to create a decadent, silky smooth drink, ChocoVine can be served on the rocks or as the main ingredient to an array of sinful cocktails.

Donnafugata Ben Rye Passito Moscato (DOP)

Ben Ryé offers an extraordinary rich bouquet with outstanding aromas obtained from the dried grapes: apricots and candied orange peel. It presents delicate hints of Mediterranean scrub (maquis). The palate is very fresh and intense, balancing perfectly the sweetness followed by a long and satisfying persistence.

It matches with caramelized duck, foie gras and blue cheeses. It goes well with pastries and gourmet chocolate like gianduja. Extraordinary alone, as a meditation wine.

Ganton & Larsen Prospect Vidal Icewine

Naturally frozen on the vine, our 2010 Vidal Icewine is decadent and exotic. This Icewine is filled with baked pear, caramel and spice notes balanced with nice citrus infused acidity. Concentrated and opulent, yet finishes clean with a long aftertaste of apricot and honey.

Henry Of Pelham Riesling Icewine VQA

Expertly crafted, this stunning Icewine is a study in elegance, with notes of candied citrus fruit, poached pear, ripe peach, honey and spice balanced by refreshing acidity. Charming with a plate of artisanal cheeses or freshly baked apple pie.

Hetszolo Tokaji Sweet Szamorodni

This sweet wine has an extraordinary balance between sweetness (96 grams of residual sugar) and acidity (6.4 grams). It has intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits, elderflower, and apricot. That would be just enough to make this wine very good, but there is much more behind it. The grapes—which are a mixture of botrytized and healthy bunches—come from the Nagyszőlő and Hétszőlő vineyards. The Hétszőlő vineyard dates back to 1502, when it was created by the Garai family who unified the best seven (hét) vineyards (szőlő) from the southernmost slope of the Tokaj Hill. The Hétszőlő vineyard was, and still is, recognized as one of the area’s best because its loess-based soil produces aromatic and softer wines. Enjoy this wine with rich cheese, paté, or ricotta-based desserts.

Magnotta Vidal Icewine VQA

Intense, enticing aromas of apricot, mango and pineapple are the hallmark of this exceptionally rich and concentrated Icewine. Flavours of banana and honey, along with a hint of cloves contribute further to produce a truly outstanding taste experience. Creamy and sensuous in its mouthfeel, this wine is truly layered in its character.

Pelee Island Vidal Icewine (VQA)

This Vidal Ice wine have an affinity of honey flavours. Finding apricots and peaches on the nose makes this a honey sweet nectar with balanced acidity. Pair with: Strong cheeses such as blue cheese or fruits such as peach, banana, cantaloupe, apricot, pear, apple, pineapple or mango.
