50th Parallel Estate Pinot Gris

All fruit was selectively hand harvested and whole bunch pressed then immediately cold settled. 75% of the juice was fermented cold in stainless steel tanks, while the remaining 25% was fermented in French oak barrels to enhance texture and complexity.

Andreas Bender Paulesen Riesling

Beautiful dry Riesling, with aromas of slate, apricot, lime, and citrus with a hint of tropical fruit and a touch of honey. Racy acidity, dry, medium weight with very fine flavours of citrus, apricot and honeycomb on the palate. Fresh and elegant with a long lime sliding on slate finish.

Antinori Cervaro Della Sala

A brilliant yellow in color with greenish highlights, the Cervaro shows a rich, complex, and fresh bouquet of hazelnut butter, vanilla, and white flowers. It is elegant on the palate and extremely savory, crisp, and vibrant. The delicate toasty sensations of the oak barrels blend harmoniously with the structure of the wine, fully bringing out the notes of both tropical and citrus fruit.

Attems Pinot Grigio

This Pinot Grigio is characterised by a straw-yellow colour. Its bouquet is marked by a impressive fruitiness, and the palate demonstrates all of the amazing qualities of the Collio: superb weight and viscosity, mineral-edged, savoury, tangy, and lively.

Babich Black Label Marlborough Sauv Blanc

Richly perfumed with mango and nectarine, mineral and lime. Sweet herbals and a hint of fresh pea out of the pod. Sweet fruits, mango and golden kiwifruit, are quickly joined by a light spice element along with quince and mandarin. A complex and mouth-watering wine.

Balthasar Ress Hattenheimer Schutzenhaus Riesling

Bright, crisp notes of apricot and wet slate are vibrant and refreshing. Pleasantly off-dry, this is the perfect choice for spicy Asian cuisine…or with soft cheeses.

Bench 1775 Chill (VQA)

The Chill is a perennial patio favorite! This white wine is a riot of fruit flavors in a glass with just a touch of sweetness, and bright acidity. Sourced entirely from our Naramata vineyards and made from a blend of various white varietals, the bright tropical fruit aromas are bolstered by shaded canopies and vigorous vine growth. We’ll only name a few, but enjoy the structured body of Viognier accompanied by the green apple notes of Pinot Gris.

Benjamin Bridge Riesling

In the glass, a medium golden colour with an emerald hue. Lively and energetic on the nose with zesty citrus notes and a cool maritime breeze suggesting sea minerals. On the palate, complex and layered hints of lemongrass, beeswax, lime preserve and raw acacia honey combine for a wine of substantial depth and structure. Enjoy its youthful electricity now or cellar for up to a decade for even more substance and richness.

Beringer Luminus Oak Knoll Chardonnay

Heady oak aromas lead the nose of this silky, rich wine sourced from a cool site on the producer’s own Big Ranch Vineyard at the southern end of the valley. Golden honey notes add to its luxurious nature, contrasting the linear infusion of tart lemon zest, orange peel and nutty spice flavors.

Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett

“The 2014 Bernkasteler Badstube Riesling Kabinett displays a very pure and flinty bouquet with lovely fruit aromas. Light-bodied on the palate, this is a light and round, stimulatingly juicy Riesling of great purity, elegance and finesse. The finish is stimulatingly salty. Very light 8% alcohol and almost 70 grams of unconverted sugar. This is perfectly balanced and round, but pretty sweet.” RP

Bischofliche Weinguter Kabinett Riesling

No wine town on the Mosel, Saar or Ruwer is like the other. This uniqueness is also found in our Kabinetts. These are local Riesling wines that express in a nuanced way the character of the local layers – from the soil to the microclimate. This is possible through loving, conscientious manual work. The Episcopal wineries Trier rely on a selective harvest, a particularly gentle grape processing and an extensive maturation – our Kabinetts are on the fine yeast until the spring of the year following the harvest. The result is harmonious, elegant Riesling, in which the respective wine is reflected finesse.
