Benrinnes here, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. The Speyside Scotch whisky was distilled in 2010 and left to mature in olroso sherry casks until 2023, when it was bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration or additional colours.
Nose: Orchard fruit and creamy grain, with some redcurrant, and sweet honey.
Palate: Floral, with apples, grapes, toasted almonds, and some cinnamon spice.
Finish: Berries linger, along with some milk chocolate.
