A robust and versatile gin that is the result of extensive research, involving over 80 different gin deconstructions. The bouquet of rich botanicals and herbs were carefully selected to bring about a variety of nuanced flavours, sensations, and noses under different conditions. Bottled at 44% ABV.

Tasting Notes

Showcasing the levels of juniper and coriander you would expect in a London Dry Gin, but elevated by citrus and lemon grass to give a clean spring time, summery nose. The addition of Szechuan Pepper adds a touch of spice & tingling sensation, but is reigned in by the Dragon Well Green Tea, which rounds the mouth feel giving a smoothness on the tongue.

Presents well on its own during tastings & in Martinis. Additionally, this gin opens up wonderfully when introduced to a mixer or cocktail.
