Calzadilla Opta
Made from grapes from our plots Los Barr ancos, Cuatro Pinos, Chocilla del Vinagre and Viña Carlitos. Manually harvested in 15 kg boxes. Prefermentation cold macerations for 3-5 days and then transfer to small stainless steel tanks. All these varieties are vinified separately until the end of the “crianza” ageing stage. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent “crianza” ageing in 3700 L vats and in 300 and 500 L French and American oak casks. Bottling with no physical or filtration stabilization.
