A little nod to those dad beers of the 80’s, but tuned up to be extra crisp and extremely crushable. This beer is ultra-refreshing with a super soft bitterness making it our current easy drinker of choice. CRUSH IT!
Appearance: Crisp, clean, straw coloured yellow with thick white head.
Aroma: Slightly bready, earthy and herbal notes with a citrus backbone, fruity esters prominent from yeast
Flavour: Crisp breadiness, fruity with notes of white wine and berries, subtle earthy notes
Mouthfeel: Crisp, medium-high carb, slight bitterness, clean finish
Key ingredients: Pilsner malt, Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittelfrueh hops
