Nose: Caramel and toffee notes jump from the glass before sticky toffee pudding, bakewell tart and poached pears dipped in honey give you that lip smacking moment
Palate: Ginger and oak tannins lead the way into bitter lemons, raw coffee beans and dark chocolate before some normality comes back into play with cinder toffee, peanut brittle and a hint of bounty bar.
Finish: Short and spicy
