Nose: Sherry aromas complement sultanas and dark chocolate. Fruitcake aromas develop alongside Seville orange peel and roasted coffee beans.
Taste: Smooth flavours of stewed red berries and baked apple lead to subtle mint leaves. Citrus fruit comes to the fore accompanied by treacle toffee.
Finish: A medium-bodied and long finish with lingering toasted almonds.
