Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition is a rare and exclusive small-batch whiskey that balances modern distilling techniques with classic Bourbon-making skills and traditional Japanese oak barrel maturation.

Kentucky Owl’s Takumi Edition started with a dream of blending whiskey by hand with Suntory’s Master Blender, Yahisa. This led to a partnership between the two distillers and created an extremely unique product.

Kentucky Owl Takumi Edition Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of 4 year, 5 year, 6 year and 13 year old Kentucky straight bourbons with a mash bill containing corn, rye or wheat, and malted barley. It has a light rye bread note on the nose, and a caramel and hint of fruit on the palate. The finish is flavorful and long.
