A 2005 Ledaig single malt from independent bottler Signatory Vintage that was matured in a refill sherry butt for 17 years, before being bottled in September 2022 as part of its Cask Strength Collection.
Nose: Light fruit cake, with layers of smoke, and some tropical fruit.
Palate: More earthy peat, with marmalade, creamy porridge, and oaky vanilla.
Finish: Warming, nutty, and smoky.
