Powers Three Swallows Single Pot Irish Whiskey (43.2% abv)

It is said that the name Three Swallow originated with the Power Family’s three coachmen, who, as the story goes, would prepare a small flask of POWERS ahead of a long trip – just enough whiskey to give each man a swallow but not interfere with the journey.

Three Swallow is a contemporary take on the traditional “Pure Pot Still Whiskey” style that made POWERS one of the top selling whiskeys in the world. Matured for 5-7 years in 2nd and 3rd fill American oak casks with a small contribution (3%) of distillate aged in Oloroso sherry butts, the result is a full-bodied whiskey with honeyed-spice and a hint of fruit and citrus.
