This wine is made from grapes cultivated in San Sebastiano in Monforte d’Alba. Nebbiolo is a light grape, but with a strong character. It’s subtle yet bold, silky yet complex! You’ll find aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. On the palate the wine is slightly chewy but vibrant and has a dry-yet-fruity character with notes of red apple, plum, tar, and a tobacco finish with grippy tannins and a kiss of oak.
