Raisins and sticky dates arrive first, followed by layers of cocoa, fruitcake and dark caramel. Toasted nuts lend depth and savoury richness, while hints of orange peel and baking spice lift the darker notes. The palate remains firmly built around the distillate, carrying a robust maltiness through the sweeter sherry tones. The finish is long and drying, with lingering walnut, cocoa powder and oak spice.

2011 15 Year Old 56.1% abv
Cask Number 303692
Oloroso Finish
One of 195 Bottle

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0665/0494/9952/files/BerryBros_RuddBENRINNES201115YOOlorosoSherry.png?v=1792510929
https://craftcellars.ca/products/berry-bros-rudd-benrinnes-2011-15-year-old-oloroso-sherry-single-cask-craft-exclusive
