Speyside Sour

There are a wide variety of variations on the classic sour cocktail; one can use any variety of liquor (traditional whiskey, tequila, gin, rum...) along side a citrus, a sweetener and aromatic bitters.
Here we propose a single malt sour using Speyside Single Malt, drawing influence from the once-popular Penicillin cocktail of the early 2000's. It is smoky, sweet and has the slightest kick of spice.
