Highland Park Cask Strength Release 2

This excellently fruity, slightly smoky Orkney single malt, bottled at cask strength, unchillfiltered. Matured in predominantly sherry casks, with a small amount of bourbon casks. More of an aromatic smoke, with the strength ramping up the intensity. Highland Park have been bottling really brilliant whiskies across the range over the past few years, and we are glad to see the 2nd release of this.
