How can I cancel/change my order?
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order as we begin processing immediately. Orders will not be held or combined. Please ensure that your all information on your order is correct before submitting.  If there are any errors or omissions, you will be responsible for any additional fees or shipping costs.

When will I be charged?
Once you submit your order, a pre-authorized charge will appear on your credit card. We will not capture the charge until we confirm and process your order. A member of our team will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Does my shipping address and billing address need to match?
For all orders made online with a credit card, the billing address must match the address as it appears on your credit card billing statement for security purposes. Please ensure that your address is entered exactly as it shows on your billing statement, including capitalization and grammar for your name and address. (ie. Street vs. St.)

As long as your billing address matched, you can choose to ship your order to any eligible address.

What are the terms and conditions for discount codes?

Discount code does not apply to already discounted items or orders that have already been received and or shipped prior to this offer being received. Discount codes can only be used online and does not apply to in-store purchases. Craft Cellars reserves the right to exclude certain categories or limit discounts on certain products that may be limited or rare.

To ensure that we are releasing the order to the correct person, we do require that you present 1 piece of government issued photo ID. If you are unable to provide valid ID, we will be unable to release your order until proper ID can be presented.

If you are having someone else pick up your order, please enter their full name into the space for notes at checkout. If you have forgotten to add this note, please email [email protected] with your order number and the full name of the person picking up your order. We will also require that they present 1 piece of government issued photo ID.

How will my order be delivered?

All deliveries will ship via Canada Post or Canpar within Calgary and outside of Calgary city limits. Shipping rates are determined by your location and the size of your shipping package. Cost of shipping will be displayed at check out prior to confirmation and payment of your order.

Please confirm before checkout if we are able to ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, your only option will be in store pickup in Calgary, Alberta.

How will my order be packaged?
Craft Cellars does our absolute best to ensure that your package is well packaged and padded for shipping.

Packages are shipped as groups of 1, 4, or 6 up to a maximum of 6 bottles per box. A maximum of 12 bottles can be purchased per order. See shipping configurations below. Orders with multiple packages will receive separate tracking numbers.

When will my Canada Post/Canpar parcel arrive?
Orders delivered via Canada Post or Canpar are shipped the SAME DAY, Monday through Friday if they are received before 2:00 pm MT. Any orders received after 2:00pm MT will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday or the following business day in the event of a holiday. A tracking number will be emailed to you for your order once it has been received by Canada Post or Canpar and you will be able to track your delivery progress via Canada Post or Canpar online. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

    • Canada Post Please allow 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number for deliveries within Calgary and 2-10 business days after you receive your tracking number for out of city deliveries.
    • Canpar Please allow 1-3 business days after you receive your tracking number for deliveries within Calgary and 2-7 business days after you receive your tracking number for out of city deliveries.

What do I do if my products were damaged or lost in shipment?
We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third-party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our warehouse, Craft Cellars is no longer liable.

Can I ship during winter?
Craft Cellars does not recommend shipping any low alcohol products (sake, liqueurs, beers, wines, etc.) during the winter months. If you submit an order containing any low alcohol products, you will be contacted by a member of our team with the options available to you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you are entitled to a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

All local Calgary deliveries will be delivered directly by Craft Cellars. We offer delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. In the event of a holiday, orders will be delivered the next business day. For all local deliveries, the following conditions apply:

    • A signature and ID of an adult who is at least 18 years old will be required. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.
    • If no one is home after 1 delivery attempt, the package will be returned to our retail location and held for pick-up. If you would like another reattempt at delivery, please contact [email protected] to rebook delivery. A $9.99 fee will apply.
    • Volume and product availability can affect delivery. A member of the Craft Cellars team will contact you regarding your delivery date and time.
