Meet Christian Wilhoft, Single Barrel Program Manager for Still Austin, and sample a line-up of current releases, Craft Cellars single cask, and a surprise bottling from the Still Austin Distillery.
Craft Cellars will provide a charcuterie carefully curated to highlight the whiskey from Still Austin.

At Still Austin, we make our spirit intentionally. That means it’s hand-crafted, made from grain to glass, with a focus on quality. We do everything from sourcing our grains to facilitating distillation, from crafting the bottles to designing our own specialty cocktails. From start to finish, a great deal of time and effort goes into every bottle of Still Austin. We call this love for process and craft “living the Still Life.” That commitment to the creative process is something Still Austin holds dear, and we recognize that same love of process in our community.
Still Austin is proud to be one of the only distilleries in Texas to source grains from local farmers, distilled ecologically in-house, and aged right here in the Texas Hill Country. Using ingredients from our homeland allows the creativity and individuality of Texas to shine through every sip.

Christian Wilhoft, Single Barrel Program Manager
Christian Wilhoft is the single barrel program manager for Still Austin Whiskey Co. He’s been working in the food and beverage industry since he was 16 years old and has a passion for hospitality.
Christian has a knack for finding the most unique flavor profiles within the barrels in the rack house and only selects the one of kind flavor profiles for the program. His background in culinary and time spent being a chef in the past give him a unique perspective on selecting the finest barrels the Still Austin rackhouses have to offer.
