$184.99
Domaines Hine, Bonneuil, 2010 – the fourth release of the quintessential style of the house of Hine. Cognac was created by the Hein house master blender, Eric Forge, in honor of Thomas Hein. A total of 450 bottles of this luxurious drink were produced. The cognac was bottled on July 21, 2020.
Cognac is produced in the traditional way. Fermentation is carried out only with natural yeast. Next, the wort is kept on the lees to obtain a complex and rich wine, which will convey all the facets of taste and shades of aroma to the future cognac.
To age the spirits, Limousin oak barrels are used, most of which are stored in ancient cellars on the banks of the Charente in Jarnac. Here are ideal conditions for ripening cognacs. The cognac is aged for 10 years.
