Writers’ Tears Icewine Cask Finish was produced in collaboration with Inniskillin Winery in Niagara, Ontario, Canada’s original estate winery and leading producer of icewine. This limited edition release is a unique triple-distilled vatting of single pot still and single malt whiskeys that was finished for an additional 12 months in icewine hogsheads. Expect aromas of peach, apricot and spice to go with flavours of floral blossom, nutty oak and a fruit compote of mango and lychee.
