It’s the freshness that draws you to this wine. Look for a lemon peel nose with mineral, green melon, lime pith, and wet stone before a clean, leesy, saline finish. Again, BC seafood is the match and just about any will do. Well done and another demonstration that sauvignon blanc can become something more interesting in British Columbia.
