Saffron Gin by Gabriel Boudier, produced in a traditional pot still, follows a 19th-century Indian colonial recipe with nine fresh botanicals, including juniper, coriander, lemon, orange peel, angelica seeds, iris, fennel, and saffron. This gin boasts a delicate spiciness from the saffron, making it perfect for a classic serve over ice with tonic and a slice of orange, adding a touch of sweetness to complement the spice. The nose and finish of this gin prominently feature juniper and saffron.
