History

Once known for a light, delicate, triple-distilled single malt, the Lowlands have evolved in recent years to produce a broad variety of flavours throughout the region. This, in part, is due to a multitude of new distilleries opening in the vast landscape, and using modern-day technology to produce some fantastic single malt.Β
