Craft Cellars will provide a charcuterie carefully curated to highlight the beautiful wines from Tenuta Collazzi.
The Winery
The beautiful Tenuta Collazzi belongs to the Marchi family since 1933. Over the last decade the state has been given new impetus through a restructuring of the vineyards and the winery, with the desire to produce wines of excellence.
Collazzi’s microclimate is on average warmer and drier than the surrounding area, and part of the property lies in a natural amphitheatre with an optimal south-west exposure. The strong insolation and high daytime temperatures, allow for a complete maturation of the agricultural productions, kept constant throughout the years.
Of the estate’s 400 hectares, over 25 hectares are planted with vineyards, and 140 with olive trees, trained in specialised cultivation for the production of a precious extra virgin olive oil. In addition, Collazzi is also dedicated to the breeding of bees, from which it obtains a small production of organic honey.

Hello, my name is Arianna Folli and I’m from Firenze. After pandemic I felt the need to get more in contact with the nature, like “back to origin” and I started to work for an amazing reality: Collazzi. Here every morning I get out of the city, on the opposite way of the traffic jam, I cross green meadows full of olive trees, and I feel full of gratitude for the fortune I have. I love to travel around the world to share the product of the land I come from and I deeply hope you will taste the beauty and the magic of it during our event together.
