This single malt from Caol Ila joins the collection from independent bottler Auld Goonsy’s Malt. Distilled in 2013, the whisky was treated to a finish in an amontillado hogshead before bottling in 2023. A release of 299 cask-strength bottles.

Palate : Creamy, Subtle Smokiness and Dark Chocolate
Finish : Sweet, Peppery with Roasted Chestnuts
