This single cask bottling stays true to Mortlach’s meaty and sherried style. It was aged for 23 years in a first-fill sherry butt and bottled at cask strength by indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail. The nose displays aromas of toffee apple, lemon peel and vanilla, followed on the palate by plum, dark chocolate and a lingering orange oil on the finish.
