A delightful 10 Year Old single malt from Knockdhu Distillery. This Speysider was matured in first fill Oloroso sherry and bottled for Craft Cellars at cask strength by the fine folks at Great Drams.
A big meaty flavour profile… As fruity as it is spicy, as warming as it is smooth.
Nose: Syrup soaked cherries, bright red fruits and a medley of spices.
Palate: Prominent oak and rich barley sugar join with chewy chocolate and sultanas.
Finish: Medium-length, cinnamon, clove, cedar and toffee.
