Taking the ‘heart of the heart’ of our distillate – the spirit cut which contains the highest phenol content – ‘The Turbo’ entails an amplified smoky identity.
The 2024 Release is a combination of five American virgin oak casks and four Oloroso hogsheads. The result is a multifaceted whisky with a powerful punch of peat.
Nose: Smoked blood orange, cinnamon spice and manuka honey, with bursts of rich dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts.
Taste: Worn leather, baking spices and cigar box, followed by honey, hazelnuts and dried red berries, with burnt orange peel and salted caramel.
