Each wine carries a true story which is a reflection of the personalities that have helped develop this fantastic single vineyard range. These quality wines are created by using a combination of minimal cropping levels in the vineyard and the experience of our winemaking team.
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw in appearance, with lively aromas of peach and nectarine with a touch of oak in the background. Followed by a bright fruit driven palate of stone fruit, citrus and lightly toasted oak, balanced with crisp acidity on the finish.
Marinated baby octopus or pan-fried scallops with artichoke hearts tossed with wild rocket.
