Nugan Estate Stomper’s Cabernet Sauvignon

The Personality Series is inspired by the culture and history that has been created through the years at Nugan Estate. Each wine carries a true story which is a reflection of the personalities that have helped develop this fantastic single vineyard range. These quality wines are created by using a combination of minimal cropping levels in the vineyard and the experience of our winemaking team.

Winemaker Notes: Dense purple with youthful garnet hues.  Aromas of sweet berry fruits entwined with milk chocolate and all spice. Intense flavours of blackcurrant and plum with soft supple tannins beautifully melded with subtle oak accompaniment.

Perfect with red meat dishes such as slow roasted lamb shanks or seared venison.
