A lovely fruity liqueur produced by the impressive Dutch distillery, Zuidam.
This strawberry liqueur is made with the finest fresh strawberries, which are crushed then macerated in neutral spirit for a month. The pulp of the fruit is then squeezed, to ensure each berry is juiced to its entirety. The liqueur is then sweetened with a little sugar.
The final result is a bright crimson liqueur that offers up notes of sweet strawberry jam, boiled sweets, wild strawberries and white sugar sweetness.
Excellent served over ice, or mixed into fruity cocktails!
