High West Rendezvous Rye Whiskey (46% abv)

Rendezvous Rye is High West’s flagship whiskey. Most other straight rye whiskeys are barely legal, with 51-53% rye in the mash bill. Not Rendezvous Rye. It honors the way rye whiskey used to be made, with a high rye content and full, uncompromised flavor. Enjoy neat, with a little water, or on the rocks. The high rye mash bill also makes Rendezvous Rye perfect in one of the classic cocktails made with rye, like a Manhattan, an Old Fashioned, or a Sazerac.

MGP: 95% rye, 5% malted barley;
HWD: 80% rye, 20% malted rye

Yellow plum jam on raspberry scones, boysenberry turnover, cinnamon sugar graham crackers, cocoa-dusted orange peels, leather harvesting bag, dried white flowers, morning dew drops on lavender buds

Taste:
Raspberry jalapeño jelly on toasted brown bread, clove-infused orange slices, vanilla-poached dates, homemade applesauce with cinnamon sticks, fried dough with powdered sugar, mint tea

Finish:
Cherry fruit leather, ginger chews, stone cut oats with cream and golden raisins, fresh cracked pepper
