Starlight Toasted Bourbon Limited Edition (53% abv)

This limited release from Starlight Distillery sees their signature three- and four-grain mash bill bourbon aged over four years in new, charred oak casks before being finished in a combination of toasted oak casks composed of three different woods. In addition to American oak casks—best known for providing notes of caramel and vanilla—the use of French and Hungarian oak adds layers of spicy complexity and soft notes of berry fruit.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of cinnamon, red apple, vanilla, and a touch of malted grain on the nose precede a creamy palate of orange zest, toasted walnut, raspberry jam, and ginger with soft oak tannin on a lightly spiced finish
