Mashbill:
70% White Corn, 25% Rye, 5% Malted Barley

PALATE: Vanilla wafer, blueberry muffin, cashew butter, cracked white pepper, and coffee cake
FINISH: Long crisp yet lingering, black current, fig newton, sweet hibiscus and star anise
