Ingredients

oz Engine Gin

1 oz Red Vermouth

1 oz Bitter

  • Pour all the ingredients directly into a tumbler with ice and stir.
  • Garnish with orange peel

1 oz Black Fox Oaked gin

1/2 oz simple syrup

Lemonade

Black Fox Haskap Gin

  • In a cocktail glass, mix Black Fox Oaked Gin and simple syrup
  • Top with ice and lemonade and stir
  • Float Black Fox Haskap Gin on top

The Newfoundland Distillery Chaga Rum Rumhattan

Ingredients

2 oz Chaga Rum

⅓ oz Sweet Vermouth

2 Dashes Chaga & Chanterelle Bitters

Instructions

  • Add ice to your shaker and pour in the Rum and Vermouth.
  • Stir with a cocktail spoon for a good 20 seconds to mix.
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass and finish by dashing with bitters and adding an orange peel garnish. Enjoy!
