All deliveries will ship via Canada Post. Shipping rates are determined by your location and the size of  your shipping package. Cost of shipping will be displayed at check out prior to confirmation and payment of your order.

Please confirm during checkout if we can ship to you. If we do not ship to your address, you will only be given the option of in store pickup in Calgary, Alberta.

Alcoholic beverages purchased from Craft Cellars are sold in Alberta and title passes to the buyer in Alberta. Craft Cellars makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to import alcoholic beverages into any province outside of Alberta. It is solely the buyer who is responsible for the shipment or importation of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order the buyer authorizes Craft Cellars to engage, on the buyer’s behalf, a common carrier such as Canada Post to deliver the buyer’s order.

Delivery Time

Orders delivered via Canada Post are sent same day Monday through Friday if they are received before 2:00 pm, otherwise they will be sent next business day. Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it’s received by Canada Post. You will be able to track your delivery progress via Canada Post online.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Signature and ID of an adult who is at least 18 years old will be required, if there is not an adult there to receive the order it will be returned to the nearest postal outlet for signature pick up. Orders cannot be left on the doorstep or unattended.

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

We are unable to cover any losses or damages that may occur through third party couriers. We always do our absolute best to make sure your order is very well packaged, but once the package leaves our warehouse we are no longer liable for it.

Shipping insurance is provided by the third party carrier (Canada Post) which is an optional purchase by the customer. Liability is limited to the third party carriers own policies.


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at upon receiving your order with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with further instructions at this time if you’re entitled to a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment.
