Campari Cask Tales Bourbon Barrel Finished Bitters (25% abv)

Campari Cask Tales, finished in bourbon barrels, was created by Herbalist & Master Blender Bruno Malavasi to celebrate 150 years since the birth of Davide Campari. The expression adds a twist to the legacy that was passed down by founder Gaspare Campari to his son, Davide Campari.

The liqueur is finished in selected second-fill bourbon casks to smooth Campari’s bitter notes with fruity, sweet and creamy tones, providing oaky smokiness to the Campari liquid.

Carpano ‘Antica Formula 1786’ Vermouth -1 litre

Produced in Italy since 1786 from a heavily guarded recipe, this is actually the first vermouth ever made. Crafted from Piedmont’s muscatel and rich wines from southern Italy, its distinctive taste and aroma come from carefully selected brewed mountain herbs. Drink it as an aperitif or digestif, or mix it in refined cocktails like the Negroni and the Americano. It won a Silver medal at the 2015 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Tears Of Llorona No. 3 Extra Añejo Tequila (43% abv)

Originally intended to be German Gonzalez’ own private stock, Tears of Llorona No. 3 Extra Añejo Tequila is hand-crafted from 100% blue agave grown in the volcanic soil surrounding Atotonilco, in the highlands of Jalisco, where growth is extremely slow. Gonzalez selects these agaves late in the harvest, at their peak ripeness, using his years of experience and special knowledge passed down from his father. Once harvested, Gonzalez brings the agaves to his distillery where they are roasted, then shredded, in the traditional way to extract the sugar-rich juice called the aguamiel. The aguamiel is then fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast before being twice-distilled through copper pot stills. After distillation, the Tears of Llorona No. 3 Extra Añejo Tequila is aged for nearly five years in several different types of barrels — half ex-Scotch whisky barrels, a quarter Sherry casks and another quarter French Limousin barrels previously used to mature Cognac — before being blended together at optimal maturity.

Vintae El Bandarra Vermut (15% abv)

Entry on the palate is smooth and sweet, with an exacting balance between its sweetness and bitterness, delivering a lovely, light and persistent finish. A very pleasurable and unique drink indeed, which explains vermouth’s rise in popularity among young adult consumers!

A seven-year-old Korenwijn Genever from Zuidam, matured in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry cask and bottled in October 2019.

A grain derived spirit, distilled from equal parts corn, rye and malted barley. The corn brings a rich sweetness, the rye spiciness and the malted barley provides the backbone. The resulting very fruity new spirit is four times distilled in a small pot still. Then, it is partially distilled with selected botanicals, juniper, Licorice and aniseed. Finally, the spirit and the botanical distillate are blended and reduced to 45% abv before ageing in Oak.
