Copperworks American Single Malt Whisky Release 38 (50% abv)

Release 038 was created by combining six casks of whiskey distilled from Baronesse Barley with two casks of whiskey distilled from our standard Pale Malt recipe. We then added 5% of the whiskey that was matured in a Manzanilla Sherry cask This is the first time we have used whiskey matured in a Manzanilla Sherry cask in one of our whiskeys. All nine casks used in this release were aged for a minimum of 39 months

Tasting Notes: Aromas of rum raisin ice cream and pear balsamic give way to flavors of fig conserves and baked pears. Finishes with hazelnuts, fruit leather, and dark cherry candy.
