APPEARANCE
The Tequila is clean and bright with an intense color that is best defined as a reddish-orange tone and that when poured into the glass shows salmon tones with golden and orange reflections. All of this is the result of the Tequila’s aging in barrels that previously held Santos Brujos Tempranillo wine. It has great visual appeal with a slow stream when poured into a glass.

AROMA
The first thing perceived are touches of sweet aromas, predominately of vanillin. Mineral-like aromas, similar to that of graphite and wet dirt, can also be found. Touches of cooked agave and herbal scents, like that of the Tequila Blanco, are recognized as well. Although the smell of alcohol is present, it is subtle and elegant.

TASTE
From the first sip, the taste reveals the grand complexity of this Tequila. It fills the sense of taste with a balanced intensity and expresses its original flavors along with those that were a result of being aged in a wine barrel. Highlighted is the taste of sweetness, the smoothness of the Tequila on the palate and the clean finish it leaves. It has an excellent acidity that makes you salivate.
