Another expression of the consistently excellent Bentrock Vineyard, this example is a collaboration between Justin Willett and Etienne de Montille. Sourced from two separate north-facing parcels, the nose here is linear and nervy, with aromas of lime zest and lemon curd. The palate is silky and fine, consisting of Granny Smith apples, pineapple rinds, Graham crackers and breakfast cereal. The finish is angular, focused and long.
