We’ve long been dedicated to our love of Chardonnay, and like anything worth its weight, this small but mighty piece of our portfolio has gradually and rightfully emerged as a touchstone for us; alongside its noble cousins, Riesling and Pinot Noir.
A pure golden color in the glass, the wine has aromas of peach stone and fresh apple crumble with lemon curd and ripe melon. The palate is concentrated and voluptuous with a lovely core of racy minerality and acidity. Flavours of ripe white peach, lemon oil, and blanched almonds abound. As always, a lovely support of French oak envelopes the profile, but does not over power this wine. Built to age.
