The Drache, which means Dragon, was fermented in stainless steel with no use of herbicides or synthetical fertilisers in the vineyard, no fining and no use of pumping or filtration. The grapes come from the valleys below Forst and Deidesheim. It is clear, crisp, and fruit-driven, and has a lot of depth, density, and spiciness. Aromas of yellow fruits and a pronounced minerality are carried by a lively acidity. A perfect match with fish and white meat.
