Crafted with traditional methods, this whisky was milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged by Wild Life Distillery in Canmore. Nothing bought, nothing compromised.
The nose offers notes of marzipan, vanilla, candied apricot, and poached pear. The palate brings delicate oak, sweet barley malt, and a wisp of white chocolate. A lengthy finish of fresh leather and soft tannin round out this beautiful dram, meant to be sipped slowly and enjoyed.
