Booker’s Small Batch Bourbon – 2026-01E

Booker’s isn't proofed down to create a consistent house strength. Each batch is released when the whiskey is considered ready, giving individual batches their own age, proof and barrel profile.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich vanilla and caramel with toasted oak, roasted nuts and warm baking spice.

Palate: Full-bodied and powerful, bringing concentrated sweetness, creamy vanilla and charred oak together with spice and nutty depth. The broader 2026-01 profile also shows darker fruit tones reminiscent of raisin, cherry and plum.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering oak, sweet spice and the unmistakable heat of barrel-strength bourbon.
