WINE MAKING
Traditional vinification of red wines. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks containing the Amarone pomaces. Only after the full flavours of Amarone have been imparted to the wine, it undergoes to a further aging for 1 year in oak caks before being released.

COLOR
Deep ruby red

SENSORY EVALUATION
On the nose it displays aromas of blackberry and cinnamon. Dry on the palate with a very pleasant velvety taste. Very rich in flavours of cherry, musk, spices and wood.

FOOD SUGGESTIONS
Fabulous with dishes of red meat, poultry, boiled beef and aged cheeses.
