Very beautiful pale gold color with soft green highlights. The nose is intense and precise. It expresses aromas of apricots and lemon. Slightly smoky and floral finish. The mouth is precise and salivating. It is built on a frank, mineral structure with great length. Balanced and concentrated finish.
The family manages their 30ha of vineyards in the method of “Lutte raisonnée” or supervised control (a mashup of organic and biodynamic) management with little or no chemical interventions. Now into their 7th generation they own and produce all levels of Chablis. Fermentation is all in stainless steel and on occasion a small amount may be held in neutral oak for a short period.
